The assurance of a quality lesson:

Our teachers are graduated ES-SUP (Teaching Switzerland-SUP), holders of the rescue lake SSS diploma as well as BLS-AED.

In September 2017, as part of the continuing education for sports teachers organized by the HEP (Haute Ecole Pédagogique), we taught the stand-up paddle workshop to 90 sports teachers from the State of Vaud.

Rental of equipment is included in the price of the course. At disposal and also included in the rental price: lifejacket and shorty neoprene.

Course content:

SUP Initiation: you want to learn the basic technique as well as the good posture. With this course you will learn the paddling techniques, turns and safety aspects.

SUP Advanced:strong> for practitioners who want to perfect their technique, or compete. This course includes advanced paddling techniques, buoys turn, beach start, drafting and downwind depending on the wind conditions.

SUP Kids:
intended for children between 8 and 12 years old, the lessons are fun and the technique is passed in the form of balance and coordination games, race relay.

SUP Yoga: SUP Yoga classes in collaboration with www.hetre-en-soi-yoga.com. The SUP Yoga perfectly combines concentration and relaxation. The gentle movement of the water stimulates the deep musculature and induces intense relaxation.

SUP Fitness - Paddlefit TM: Paddlefit combines Stand Up Paddle (SUP) and fitness activities and takes you on the water to get you in shape with pleasure! The natural benefits of SUP, such as core training, balance and proprioception are emphasized through specific exercises. The class also includes a cardio session and ends with stretching.
